respecting each other's time
When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you. We do our best to stay on time and in return we ask that you show up in time for your scheduled appointment.
Please understand that missed appointments or not arriving in time for your scheduled appointment interferes with our ability to treat other patients.
We ask patients to give 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or rebook your appointment or a ‘no show’ fee with be charged. Those running late may not be able to be accommodated.
Note: We recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and so your healthcare provider may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
